Coping in Uncertain Times
Many people are experiencing Covid Burnout and most everyone is dealing with increased stress and worry as Covid restrictions are reduced . People are experiencing a similar level of stress and anxiety with life opening up as they did when the pandemic began. With changes again in work and personal life, you might be finding that you aren't getting quality sleep, that you're exhausted much of the time, that you're less patient and more frustrated, that your mind is racing and you're experiencing a spike in anxiety, that you're less motivated to get tasks done, that you're feeling overwhelmed with juggling all the roles, that there's strain in your relationships or that you're navigating having to set boundaries with friends and family.
These challenges are understandable and typical of a time of uncertainty. Please reach out if any of the above difficulties resonate with you and if meeting with a therapist for extra support feels like it would help to make life more tolerable and manageable right now.
